2025 BMW M4 CS
Key Points: Individual Frozen Isle of Man Green Exterior Paint, M Drivers Package, BMW Warranty until February 2028
The G82 BMW M4 CS is a track-focused variant of the M4 Competition, which bridges the gap between the more extreme M4 CSL. Unlike the CSL, the CS retains its four-seater practicality.
It features a more powerful version of the twin-turbocharged ‘S58’ straight-six, now producing 543hp (a 20 hp increase over the BMW M4 Competition), delivered to all four wheels through the M xDrive system, which also features a rear-wheel drive mode. It can launch from 0 to 62mph in 3.4 seconds, and it comes standard with the M Driver's Package, which raises the top speed to 188mph.
The CS boasts a specially tuned chassis with revised wheel camber settings and integrated anti-roll bars to improve handling, while a cast aluminum strut brace increases torsional rigidity, and the adaptive dampers and power steering have been recalibrated.
It weighs 34kg less than the M4 Competition xDrive, due to the use of carbon fibre-reinforced plastic (CFRP) for the roof, bonnet, front splitter, front air intakes, mirror caps and rear diffuser, as well as a titanium rear exhaust silencer.
Design cues include a frameless kidney grille with red highlights, GT-racing style LED daytime running lights, CSL-style rear taillights, and a Merino leather-trimmed cabin with M Carbon bucket seats, as well as carbon-fibre shift paddles and centre console inlays.
Designed for track use, it featured the M Drift Analyzer, the M Lap Timer, and the ten-stage M Traction Control system.
